We're looking for a Rent & Service Charge Analyst to help ensure our customer charges are accurate, transparent and compliant.
This role leverages attention to detail, analytical thinking and financial expertise to directly influence the experience our customers receive.
You'll be at the centre of important charging activities, turning complex data into meaningful insights, supporting colleagues across the business and continuously improving how we manage customer charges.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Support the production and maintenance of accurate rent and service charge data.
- Help deliver annual rent reviews, service charge estimates and reconciliations.
- Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Provide expert support and guidance to colleagues on customer charge queries.
- Maintain high‑quality financial, property and customer charge records across our systems.
- Support reporting requirements, audits and regulatory returns.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure customer charge information is understood and applied consistently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a finance, accountancy or analytical role.
- Experience of working with rent, service charges or customer charges.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to support colleagues across the business.
