Bromford is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Customer Repairs service across the Midlands region.

You’ll manage a team of Customer Repairs Managers, providing leadership, support and direction to deliver a high-quality repairs service.

This role blends strategic thinking with day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, efficient operation, strong performance and value for money.

You must be able to travel across the Midlands and hold a full UK driving licence.
