We’re looking for a Colleague Experience Apprentice to join our People Services team, supporting colleagues throughout their journey with Bromford Flagship LiveWest — from new starters, to role changes and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting colleagues and leaders with day-to-day HR queries and administration
  • Maintaining accurate records across HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and compliant
  • Assisting with key processes such as right-to-work checks and DBS applications
  • Working closely with payroll to support accurate and timely payments
  • Supporting the coordination of colleague lifecycle activities, including onboarding and changes
  • Gaining exposure to HR processes, including absence, performance and employee relations activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing ideas with the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated to build a career in HR and keen to learn
  • Well organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating and asking questions to understand tasks fully
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a structured environment
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and willing to work towards a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification
