Location: Bromford Tewkesbury, England, United Kingdom. Full‑time, permanent. Based from either Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular site travel.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Post Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our development projects once contracts are in place. You’ll ensure homes are built to the required quality, meet all compliance standards and are handed over smoothly for letting or sale. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing contractors, monitoring performance and resolving issues quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full post‑contract phase, coordinating colleagues, consultants and contractors to ensure projects stay on programme, within scope and budget.
  • Track progress, monitor financial performance, meet regulatory and Homes England requirements, and lead project close‑down to support continuous improvement.
  • Review quality reports, identify and resolve defects, and act as the main link between aftercare teams, consultants and developers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, monitor performance, address any issues, manage budgets and cashflows, complete viability reviews, and maintain risk registers.
Qualifications
  • Experience in housing or construction project delivery.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confidence working with budgets and risk.
  • IT literacy.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to complete DBS and consumer checks.
  • GCSEs or A Levels, with a relevant qualification desirable.
