Bromford is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Coach to manage a patch of around two hundred New Build homes across Churchdown (Pirton Fields) and Twigworth. This full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract runs 37.5 hours per week with a mix of home and office work, and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will guide tenants, promote property maintenance, handle tenancy sign ups and ASB, and collaborate with maintenance and lettings teams to keep repairs priority clear.
