Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Contractual base: Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, Chipping Sodbury or Norwich

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our forecasting and reporting capability across New Homes. As Head of Forecasting & Internal Reporting, you'll ensure our leaders have the high-quality insight they need to run the business effectively - from monthly reporting through to long-term financial planning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the delivery of timely, clear and insightful reporting to senior leadership teams
  • Owning the 5-year plan and ensuring it's embedded in decision-making across the business
  • Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
  • Partnering with Regional Managing Directors and finance leads to drive performance
  • Providing forward-looking insight on delivery volumes, risks and opportunities
  • Continuously improving reporting outputs, systems and data quality
  • Building strong relationships across the business to understand key drivers and performance levers

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in a data-driven finance environment, with high-quality reporting capability
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, impactful reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge
  • Strong analytical and technical capability
  • Fully qualified accountant
