You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service, coordination, housing or similar customer‑focused role.
  • A proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
