We’re looking for a creative, detail driven Communications Specialist to help us bring our stories to life and make sure colleagues and customers feel informed, included, and inspired.
The role:
- You’ll work closely with Senior Communications Business Partners and the Communications Manager to create and deliver engaging, accessible content across a wide range of channels, including:
- Customer websites
- Email and digital newsletters
- Social media and content creation
- Video, live streams, podcasts and digital content
- Intranet and Viva Engage
This is a varied and hands-on role where your creativity, organisation and strong writing skills really will make a difference.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll be someone who is passionate about great communication and delivering a brilliant customer experience. You’ll also bring:
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- You’re creative and enjoy exploring new ideas and approaches
- Ability to create tailored content for different audiences
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting campaigns across digital and offline channels
- A keen eye for design and detail
- Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
- Experience producing video or digital content
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Mailchimp
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (desired)
- Relevant communications experience (GCSE level or equivalent education)
