Operational patch: Cheswick Green, Tidbury Green and surrounding areas (B90)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Field-based with flexibility - a mix of homeworking, office time, and visiting customers in their homes

As a neighbourhood coach, you will work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, ensuring the properties are well maintained, customers are aware of their responsibilities, and offering coaching and guidance.
Day to day you will manage all aspects of housing management including tenancy sign ups and changes, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding. You may have involvement with court work and evictions. You will have a holistic customer approach and build good relationships with services in the local community, making sure you have a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
Working closely with our maintenance and lettings teams, you will ensure we effectively allocate empty homes, manage customers' expectations around repairs, and escalate any property maintenance issues.
To be successful, you will need to genuinely care about people, possess resilience, and have experience managing a busy and varied workload. Self-starters who are good communicators will thrive, as well as those who are curious and do not shy away from having difficult conversations.
This role is full time and subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will travel to and from surrounding areas as required. Regular home working is available.
