Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a proactive Tenant Engagement Officer (Retrofit) to support customers through retrofit journeys. You will work with project teams, contractors, and installers to keep customers informed, supported, and engaged before, during and after energy efficiency improvements.
Location is negotiable across Flagship Offices; hours are full time, and a 12-month fixed-term contract applies. A driving licence is preferred to travel regionally.
