Bromford is seeking a Construction Contracts Manager to lead across multiple residential sites in the Midlands, driving performance while upholding safety, quality, and customer outcomes.
You will work with the Head of Construction to oversee live sites, manage site teams and subcontractors, control budgets, and ensure programmes meet milestones. A strong knowledge of JCT contracts and CDM Regulations (2015) and a full UK driving licence are essential. Travel across the Midlands is required.
