11-month fixed term contract covering properties across
North Stratford, Dudley and Northampton, offering structured workloads, excellent support, and all the tools you need to do the job well.

What You'll Get:
- £38,270.09 per year with annual review

What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties
- Maintaining and fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units
- Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant
- Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality, efficient repairs
- Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose across our properties in
North Stratford, Dudley and Northampton
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
- City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
- AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Commitment to Bromford's values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
- Enhanced DBS check (arranged by BFL)
