The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contractual base: Flexible: Wolverhampton, Norwich, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury

Operational requirement: Hybrid working with occasional travel to offices and team meetings as required

As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the systems and solutions our colleagues rely on are robust, reliable and of the highest quality. Working closely with our QA Manager and technology teams, you will help embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, supporting the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other cloud-based platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, continuous improvement and working in a collaborative Agile environment.

What you will be doing:

  • You will support the delivery of high-quality software through effective quality assurance and testing practices, with an increasing focus on automation.
  • Working as part of our in-house QA team, you will:
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Perform testing across web, mobile and API layers.
  • Develop, maintain and execute automated and manual tests.
  • Identify, document and prioritise defects, working closely with development teams to support resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams and DevOps colleagues to promote a culture of quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA practices, tools and processes.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and testing approaches to help drive innovation and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking someone who combines strong testing expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality. You will have:

  • Experience working within a Quality Assurance or Software Testing function.
  • Some familiarity with test automation and automated testing practices.
  • Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Experience of API testing using tools such as Postman.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Previous experience working closely with an IT function would be an advantage.

It would be great if you also have:

  • An ISTQB qualification or similar professional QA certification.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience of maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • An interest in emerging technologies, AI and modern software delivery practices.
