Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Staffs and Marches (WV10 6TB)

We\’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader to join our Neighbourhoods & Communities team and help us deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers.

As Operations Manager, you\\\’ll support front-line teams across your region-coaching, guiding, and reality-checking to ensure we\\\’re consistently delivering services that make a real difference. You\\\’ll lead a team, work closely with local authorities and partners, and step in for the Head of Neighbourhoods & Communities when needed.

This is a hands-on role where you\\\’ll be visible, proactive, and solutions-focused. You\\\’ll help shape how we work, champion transformation, and bring people together to solve problems and unlock opportunities for our customers.
