Multi-trade Operative

This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties – helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities.

What we\’re looking for:

• Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility with working hours and travel

Additional requirements:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
• If you hold any relevant qualifications, we\’ll need to see the original certificates
