Delivering homes people are proud to live in. We are looking for a construction quality manager to join our development team and help ensure the homes we deliver are safe, high quality and something our customers can be proud of. This role plays a key part in making sure our homes support customers to thrive, not hold them back.
Working closely with project managers, you will be the eyes and ears on site, providing technical input from pre-contract through construction, handover and the defects period. You will carry out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress and compliance, support programme management, and work collaboratively with contractors, developers and consultants to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Health and safety is central to this role. You will be involved at pre and post contract stages, carry out inspections, support snagging and handovers, ensure gas compliance, and assist with robust defects management, including supporting colleagues and customers where required.

- Strong communication and organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Able to complete a basic DBS and consumer check
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon
You will ideally be qualified to degree, HND or HNC level in a construction-related discipline, or be qualified by experience. Membership of a professional body such as RICS, CIOB or CICOW is desirable.
