Bromford is looking for a Neighbourhood Coach to cover Lichfield and surrounding areas on a 9-month secondment. You will manage a patch of around 200 homes, balance tenancy support with tenancy management, and work with colleagues and partners to deliver positive outcomes in local communities.

You’ll build relationships with customers and teams, provide guidance, and ensure homes and neighbourhoods are well maintained and issues resolved effectively.
