The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
As an electrician at Bromford, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and heating systems across domestic and commercial installations. Your duties will include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), electrical repairs, and installations, covering boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, HVAC, and general rewires.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
- City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
- AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Commitment to Bromford's values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
Additional requirements:
- An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
- Right to work in the UK
- Original copies of qualifications may be requested

- Out-of-Hours Service Rate - £835 per week: This fixed rate covers being on an out-of-hours on-call rota, including availability, support, and first-time fix payments during these hours.
