At Bromford, we believe everyone deserves a home that’s safe, secure, and warm—a springboard to a better future, not a barrier. As a Lettings Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in making that vision a reality.
You’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for letting homes across a locality of around 11,000 properties. With over 3,000 homes let each year—and 15,000 more planned over the next decade—this is a fast-paced, purpose-driven role where your leadership will directly impact lives.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and motivating a team of Lettings colleagues to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
* Ensuring homes are let efficiently, compliantly, and in line with policy and regulation.
* Managing sensitive allocations, including safeguarding and MAPPA referrals.
* Driving performance, setting clear targets, and reporting on KPIs.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve services.
* Supporting change delivery and leading on lettings-related projects.
* Promoting a positive, inclusive culture that reflects our DNA.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience leading a lettings or housing team in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong understanding of social housing allocations, legislation, and safeguarding.
* A confident communicator and negotiator, with a customer-first mindset.
* A natural coach and motivator who brings out the best in others.
* Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Ideally a relevant housing qualification (e.g. CIH), or equivalent.
