Location: Birmingham & surrounding areas (Includes Worcester, Stratford, Northampton, Tamworth and Lichfield)

Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic kitchen & bathroom fitter looking for a new opportunity? Bromford is seeking a dedicated multi skilled operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team within a company recognised as a Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and laying sheet vinyl flooring
  • Experience repairing floorboards, boxing in pipes, completing 1st and 2nd fix pipe work, fitting new showers, skimming walls and ceilings, and painting surfaces to a high standard
  • A professional who takes pride in their work and ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades

Additional requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Original copies of qualifications will be required

  • Salary: £34,612.80 per year, with an annual salary review
  • Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime: Paid opportunities available regularly
  • Monthly pay, plus additional allowance for on-call weeks
