Bromford is seeking an Investment Surveyor to lead retrofit and energy efficiency projects across our housing portfolio, delivering decarbonisation from start to finish. Based in Bristol/Tewkesbury with hybrid and site-based duties, you will manage budgets, contractors and quality assurance to improve homes and reduce running costs.
You’ll work to PAS 2035 standards, coordinate surveys and contractor documentation, and keep customers informed throughout delivery.
