In this role, you’ll take ownership of income collection across your patch, working closely with customers to provide advice, guidance and practical support. From helping maximise income and manage rent accounts to preparing cases for court where needed, you’ll play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for both our customers and the business.

This means you’ll be embedded within a local community, working alongside neighbourhood and other frontline colleagues to deliver a joined-up, customer-focused service. By being visible and connected in your patch, you’ll build strong relationships, understand local needs, and take a proactive approach to supporting sustainable tenancies and stronger neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing advice on rent, arrears, budgeting and welfare benefits
  • Preparing and presenting cases at court where required
  • Working collaboratively with local teams to deliver joined-up outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in housing income management, benefits or money advice
  • Strong understanding of welfare benefits and income collection
  • Confident communicator, able to build trust and manage challenging conversations
  • Resilient, organised and focused on achieving positive outcomes

You’ll be joining a team that is customer-driven, ambitious and all-in, where your work will have a direct impact on the communities we serve.

  • Performance related pay based on shared success
  • A choice of pension schemes with employer contributions of up to 10%
  • Employee Assistance Programme that provides 24/7 virtual GP access, prescription service, and talking therapies for you and your family
