We're looking for a talented and driven finance professional to join our New Homes finance team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight and ensuring strong financial control across a fast-moving, complex environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing trusted financial and operational insight to senior stakeholders
- Supporting delivery of the New Homes strategy and business plan
- Strengthening month-end processes and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
- Maintaining strong balance sheet control and reconciliation processes
- Improving data quality and developing better analytics capability
- Acting as a business partner across finance and operational teams
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes and reporting
