What We\’re Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
- Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Traveling across Lichfield and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments

- Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review
