Grounds Maintenance Operative – Bromford
Contract: Fixed term contract for up to 12 months
Hours: 40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high‑quality service
- Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Traveling across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well‑maintained environments

- Salary: ÂŁ26,280 per year, with an annual salary review

Additional Requirements
- Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
