We’re looking for an experienced and driven Healthy Homes Manager to lead our approach to property health and safety across our homes. You will lead the Healthy Homes team, managing disrepair claims and cases involving property-related health risks, including condensation, damp, and mould (CD&M). You’ll ensure that hazards are effectively triaged, prioritised, and resolved in line with regulatory requirements, including Awaab’s Law. Leading a team of case handlers and coordinators, you’ll drive high performance, ensure compliance, and put customers at the heart of everything you do.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team managing HHSRS hazards, disrepair, and CD&M within challenging timescales
- Oversee legal disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with protocols, governance, and GDPR requirements
- Work collaboratively with surveyors and internal teams to assess cases and deliver effective, timely solutions
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements, including Awaab’s Law and stock condition survey programmes
- Plan and coordinate surveyor activity to meet demand across disrepair, damp and mould, and stock condition work
- Drive a proactive approach through root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
- Monitor performance, manage complaints, control budgets, and lead your team to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Experience & Skills:
- Experience managing disrepair cases within social housing or property management
- Proven leadership experience, managing and developing teams
- Experience handling damp, mould, and condensation (CD&M) cases, including complex or high-risk situations
- Strong experience in managing customer complaints and resolving complex issues
Technical knowledge:
- Strong understanding of building regulations and building pathology
- In-depth knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard
- Comprehensive understanding of disrepair legislation
- Working knowledge of housing law and HHSRS assessments
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, including leaseholder consultation
