We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who can build strong relationships, challenge constructively and translate complex financial information into practical advice that supports business performance. What you’ll be doing

- Translate financial and non-financial data into meaningful insight.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

- Help identify opportunities, manage financial risks and improve performance.
- Develop financial understanding and capability across operational teams.
- Provide robust reporting, analysis and forecasting to support strategic and operational objectives.

About you
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical finance expertise with outstanding relationship-building skills. You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and presenting financial information in a way that is clear, engaging and easy to understand for non-finance audiences. You’ll also bring:
- A professional finance qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
- Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and business planning experience.
- The ability to challenge constructively and provide commercial insight.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong financial systems and data analysis capability, including advanced Excel skills.
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
