We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our team as an Electrical Customer Delivery Manager. In this hands-on leadership role, you will report to the M&E Programme Manager and oversee a team of approximately 12 electricians. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations while maintaining compliance with NICEIC standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching your team on a day-to-day basis.
- Conducting pre- and post-work audits.
- Managing projects up to Β£25,000 in value.
- Coordinating hired plant and operators.
- Ensuring safe working methods and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- Accurately recording all works, variations, and unmeasured tasks.
This is a mobile, full-time role offering a flexible working week split between home, site, and office locations.
What we are looking for
- Qualifications
- City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation)
- City and Guilds 2391 Part 1 and 2 (Electrical Inspection Testing and Certification) or equivalent
- Current City & Guilds qualification to the latest edition of electrical regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Achievement Level 2 (AM2) practical qualification
- Extensive recent experience as a domestic installation electrician
- Proven ability in designing, wiring, and testing installations
- Experience in site management
- Strong customer service skills in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to motivate and lead effective teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- A flexible, solutions-focused approach to work
Additional Requirements
- This is a roaming position, so regular travel between sites is expected.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
