Job Description

The vacancy

Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cirencester

You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team focused on providing a responsive, customer-focused service. Your work will help us ensure that every home we manage meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out landlord gas safety checks
  • Servicing and repairing gas boilers and heating systems
  • Diagnosing faults and delivering efficient repairs
  • Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required

What we're looking for

We're seeking a qualified and safety-conscious gas engineer with a proactive, customer-focused mindset. You'll bring:

  • Relevant qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1)
  • Experience in gas servicing and repairs in domestic properties
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

Additional requirements

  • An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Participation in the on-call rota
