What We’re Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
- Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Traveling across Wednesfield and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments

- Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review
- Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets
