Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for a role where your skills genuinely make a difference? This is a field-based role within our Empty Homes (Voids) team, where you'll play a key part in bringing properties back into use and ensuring they meet the highest standards for our customers.
About the role
- You'll carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and refurbishment works within void properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks.
- Working across your local patch, you'll help ensure homes are safe, high-quality, and ready for new customers to move into.
- This is a mobile role, so you'll be working independently across your designated area, supported by a strong, collaborative team.
What you'll need
