As our New Homes Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of that — keeping projects moving, information flowing, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks as we bring new communities to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be working closely with our development colleagues, supporting the team by keeping everything organised, accurate and on track.
- Your impact will include:
- Keeping projects on track by managing key documentation, systems and processes, and maintaining accurate records across shared platforms
- Supporting financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing and supplier set-up
- Supporting project handovers by coordinating notifications, documentation and customer information, ensuring homes are ready for customers with everything in place
- Maintain project documentation, filing systems and shared workspaces, ensuring records are accurate, secure and up to date.
- Provide general office administration, including managing post, ordering supplies and PPE, maintaining health and safety records, and supporting meetings with agendas and minutes.
- Supporting legal and compliance processes, including signing and sealing documentation
- Being a key connector across teams, ensuring communication is timely and effective
- Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and helping us do things better

- Strong administrative experience and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel

- Experience in new homes, housing development or a housing association environment
Travel requirement
You can be based at either Tewkesbury (GL20 8ND) or Chipping Sodbury (BS37 6JX), but this role requires a reliable weekly presence in Tewkesbury. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred to support this, although we’ll consider applicants able to demonstrate a consistent and dependable public transport commitment.
