As a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter at Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL), you will carry out high‑quality kitchen and bathroom installations within customers’ homes, helping maintain and improve properties across the South West, Central and East of England.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out a range of planned maintenance and improvement works in customers’ homes.
- Complete multi‑trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decorating and general repairs.
- Deliver high‑quality work safely and efficiently, aiming for first‑time fixes wherever possible.
- Provide a professional, customer‑focused service and keep customers informed throughout works.
- Use materials, tools and equipment responsibly and maintain them in good condition.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to achieve team and service targets.
- Identify and report any safeguarding or property concerns where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and laying sheet vinyl flooring.
- Experience repairing floorboards, boxing in pipes, completing 1st and 2nd fix pipe work, fitting new showers, skimming walls and ceilings and painting surfaces to a high standard.
- A professional who takes pride in their work and ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards.
- Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing or wet trades.
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Original copies of qualifications will be required.
