We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive business and executive support professional to provide exceptional support to our senior leaders. This high-profile role offers a unique opportunity to add real value – enabling leaders to focus on delivering company-wide initiatives and making a difference for our customers, while gaining exposure to senior-level operations and decision-making.
This role is available as a full time 6 month fixed term contract. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Norfolk with regular home working available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the central point of contact for technology and finance – filtering and prioritising information, meetings, and requests for leaders.
- Leading and supporting projects with minimal supervision – from investigatory work and progress tracking to monitoring performance and highlighting risks.
- Providing PA support where required: diary and email management, travel bookings, meeting preparation, and document collation.
- Organising and supporting key meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and governance forums.
- Preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and coordinating invoices and cyclical activities.
- Supporting leaders with service plans, priorities, and business performance indicators.
- Using independent judgement to manage competing priorities and provide solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous PA experience or significant experience in a senior administrative role.
- A proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities to tight deadlines.
- Experience in project or performance management.
- Confident ICT skills and up-to-date knowledge of digital tools and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the confidence to take initiative.
- Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
