Bromford in Banbury is looking for a dedicated neighbourhood coach to independently manage a patch of around two hundred homes, from new builds to older properties.
You will visit properties, provide coaching and guidance to support vulnerable customers, and work with maintenance and lettings teams to keep homes well maintained.
This field-based role combines home visits with regular office time and some remote work.
