What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll support the effective delivery of services while acting as a role model for colleagues and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support colleagues in line with service requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating excellent behaviours and customer focus.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partner organisations.
  • Support the delivery of safe, compliant and customer-centred services.
  • Help resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Use customer feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the management of budgets and resources within agreed parameters.
  • Promote digital solutions and encourage customers to access services independently where appropriate.
  • Act as Deputy Manager when required, ensuring continuity of service delivery.
  • Champion Bromford Flagship LiveWest policies, procedures and values.
