We’re now looking for an experienced Asbestos Removal Project Manager / Surveyor to join our Compliance team and help us deliver safe, compliant, and customer-focused asbestos remediation projects.
We are recruiting for two roles – one based in our South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire region (covering areas such as Bristol and Gloucestershire), and one in our West Midlands region (covering Wolverhampton, Lichfield, and surrounding Central areas).
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal projects across occupied homes, communal areas, and offices.
- Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, HSG 247, HSG 248, and other relevant standards.
- Overseeing contractor performance, budgets, documentation, and health & safety on-site.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing regular updates to senior leaders.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing asbestos removal projects in the housing sector.
- BOHS P402 and P405 qualifications (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social housing, customer communication, and safeguarding.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and ICT skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Experience with D365 or similar asset management platforms.
