The numbers matter. The customer impact matters even more. Behind every rent and service charge is a customer depending on us to get things right. We’re looking for a Rent & Service Charge Analyst to help ensure our customer charges are accurate, transparent and compliant. This is a role where your attention to detail, analytical thinking and financial expertise will directly influence the experience our customers receive.

You’ll be at the centre of some of our most important charging activities, turning complex data into meaningful insights, supporting colleagues across the business and helping us continuously improve how we manage customer charges. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and making a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the production and maintenance of accurate rent and service charge data.
  • Help deliver annual rent reviews, service charge estimates and reconciliations.
  • Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to colleagues on customer charge queries.
  • Maintain high-quality financial, property and customer charge records across our systems.
  • Support reporting requirements, audits and regulatory returns.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure customer charge information is understood and applied consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for somebody who is naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable working with detailed information.
  • Experience in a finance, accountancy or analytical role.
  • Experience of working with rent, service charges or customer charges.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to support colleagues across the business.

What’s in it for you?

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and evolving Finance team, gaining exposure to a wide range of customer charging activities while helping us deliver fair and transparent services to our customers. You’ll join a team that values expertise, continuous improvement and collaboration, where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.

What we offer:

  • Flexible and hybrid working; many roles support working across our main locations and home.
  • Performance related pay based on shared success.
  • A choice of pension schemes with employer contributions of up to 10%.
  • Employee Assistance Programme that provides 24/7 virtual GP access, prescription service, and talking therapies for you and your family.
  • Generous holiday, occupational sick pay and paid family leave.
  • Annual allowance of £500 to spend on benefits of your choosing, including healthcare plans, dental care, gym membership and much more.
