The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support the management and leadership of both appointed contractors and in-house teams in delivering programmes of work to our customers. This role will focus specifically on disrepair and Condensation, Damp and Mould (CDM).
You will work closely with Lead Surveyors and Healthy Homes colleagues, embracing change and new ways of working to ensure disrepair and CDM issues within our homes are managed effectively and resolved in a timely manner.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working within project management frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of construction or facilities management methods, including specifying works and providing remedial solutions for defects.
- Proven experience managing contractors, sub-contractors, and in-house delivery of programmes of work.
- Strong financial and budgetary management experience.
- Current Supervisors Site Construction Safety Certificate (or equivalent).
- Project management or built environment-based formal qualification.
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel, with demonstrated reliability.
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to complete a Basic DBS check.
