  • Can build strong relationships with managers and colleagues

  • Has strong organisational and communication skills
  • Is working towards or holds CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)

You’ll be supported to build your expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, organisational change, and strategic HR partnering. You’ll gain exposure to organisational design, AI‑enabled service delivery, and People strategy implementation across a large and complex organisation.

This is a brilliant next step for someone looking to move further into HR partnering. If this is the role for you, please submit your application by Sunday 1 March.

  • Performance related pay based on shared success.
  • A choice of pension schemes with employer contributions of up to 10%.
  • Employee Assistance Programme that provides 24/7 virtual GP access, prescription service, and talking therapies for you and your family.
  • Annual allowance of £500 to spend on benefits of your choosing, including healthcare plans, dental care, gym membership and much more.
