We’re looking for a Colleague Experience Apprentice to join our People Services team, supporting colleagues throughout their journey with Bromford Flagship LiveWest — from new starters, to role changes and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while working towards a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification (depending on prior qualifications and experience), supported by a dedicated team who are invested in your development.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting colleagues and leaders with day‑to‑day HR queries and administration
- Maintaining accurate records across HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and compliant
- Assisting with key processes such as right‑to‑work checks and DBS applications
- Working closely with payroll to support accurate and timely payments
- Supporting the coordination of colleague lifecycle activities, including onboarding and changes
- Gaining exposure to HR processes, including absence, performance and employee relations activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing ideas with the team
What we’re looking for
- Motivated to build a career in HR and keen to learn
- Well organized, with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating and asking questions to understand tasks fully
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a structured environment
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and willing to work towards a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification
