About the role

Are you ready to earn while you learn and gain nationally recognised qualifications in the trades? Looking to kickstart your career with a certified Great Place to Work organisation? Bromford Flagship Livewest is looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to join our Multi-Trade Engineering apprenticeship programme as a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter Apprentice. This exciting 4-year apprenticeship programme is open to applicants aged 16 and over and offers the opportunity to build practical skills, gain recognised qualifications, and develop a long-term career in the housing sector.

Responsibilities

As a Multi-Trade Apprentice – Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter, you’ll learn the technical and practical skills needed to become a fully trained multi-skilled engineer. You’ll gain experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms across residential and commercial properties while developing skills in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering. Throughout the programme, you’ll:

  • Work alongside experienced mentors and industry professionals
  • Receive hands-on training both on-site and in college
  • Study towards a recognised trade qualification
  • Build valuable, transferable skills for a long-term career

What we’re looking for

  • Have an interest in becoming a Multi-Trade Engineer specialising in kitchen and bathroom fitting
  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work
  • Are willing to learn both on-site and in a classroom environment
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Can commit to work and training 5 days a week
  • Are available to attend assessment centres/interviews in June 2026 if shortlisted
  • Can start the programme in September 2026 if successful
  • Have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship eligibility requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving licence or are willing to obtain one during the apprenticeship

This is a full-time, fixed-term 4-year apprenticeship. The programme includes 3 years of study alongside practical training, followed by a 1-year placement. An enhanced DBS check will be required due to the nature of the role. Applicants cannot already hold an NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in the same subject area as this apprenticeship.
