Service Coordinator – Chipping Sodbury
We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in‑house gas services to our customers.
This is a part‑time, office‑based role working 24.5 hours per week. The working pattern is:
Responsibilities
- Plan daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of services and repairs.
- Allocate emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively.
- Monitor service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues.
- Ensure all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Assist with the compilation of performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in service coordination, planning, compliance, or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Strong IT skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
