About the role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, giving the business a clear view of where it is, and where to focus.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, high‑quality financial reporting that highlights risks, opportunities and trends.
- Support forecasting and planning activity, ensuring future performance is well understood and well managed.
- Partner with stakeholders across New Homes to support confident, informed decision‑making.
- Deliver meaningful insight for key management forums, driving action.
- Strengthen data usage by improving reporting, outputs and consistency to build a trusted single source of truth.
- Help shape a high‑performing finance function, supporting and guiding analysts to deliver at pace and with quality.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant, or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record of delivering high‑quality financial reporting, forecasting and insight in a complex environment.
- Ability to turn data into clear, relevant insight that supports decision‑making.
- Confidence working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative, delivery‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
