About the role: We’re looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer who enjoys a stable and well-organised role with no sales pressure, genuine work–life balance, and the chance to make a real difference. As a Gas Service & Repair Engineer you will maintain and repair current gas systems while identifying opportunities to support customers with funded Air Source Heat Pump upgrades. Full training will be provided. We are committed to sustainable energy and to upgrading existing gas systems.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out landlord gas safety checks
- Service and repair domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Diagnose faults and complete high-quality repairs
- Participate in the out-of-hours rota
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience in domestic servicing and breakdowns
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic DBS check (arranged by BFL)

- Annual salary of £43,161.75, reviewed yearly
- £864 per week on the on-call rota
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)
