Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a Housing Income Officer to manage a patch of customer accounts and support tenants to sustain their tenancies and improve their financial wellbeing. You will provide advice on rent, arrears, budgeting and welfare benefits, and prepare cases for court where needed.
As part of our place-based way of working, you’ll be embedded within a local community, collaborating with neighbourhood and frontline colleagues to deliver a joined-up, customer-focused service.
