Bromford Housing Group is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury. You will plan daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinate end-to-end service delivery, managing urgent and routine work with emphasis on safety and compliance.
You’ll liaise with customers, engineers and suppliers, monitor progress via digital scheduling platforms, and compile KPI and customer satisfaction data.
