Bromford Flagship Live West is seeking a Neighbourhood Coach to manage a patch of around 200 homes, helping customers sustain tenancies and create thriving neighbourhoods.
The role is field-based with a mix of homeworking, office time, and customer visits in homes.
You will own your patch, balance customer support with tenancy management, and work with local partners to deliver positive outcomes while maintaining home standards and safety.
