We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join us as a Neighbourhood Gardener in the Ipswich/Colchester area. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you’ll be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to maintaining high standards in the places our customers call home. You’ll carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Strimming, hedge cutting, and mowing (ride-on mowers)
- Litter picking and spraying
- Ensuring all equipment is used safely and responsibly
Requirements / Experience
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Neighbourhood Gardener with the following experience and skills:
- Experience in the horticultural industry
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams)
