Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Rent Account Advisor, helping tenants manage their rent and overcome financial challenges. Your work will play a vital role in reducing rent debt, supporting communities, and making renting simple and stress-free. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role, working from our office in Dereham.
In this role, you’ll help tenants stay on top of their rent and support them in overcoming financial challenges. You’ll proactively reach out to those who have missed payments or are at risk of falling into debt, working closely with them to understand their circumstances and create practical action plans. Through ongoing case management and accurate record-keeping, you’ll ensure accounts are brought up to date and remain stable.
You’ll also provide advice on welfare benefits, assist with applications, and connect tenants with specialist agencies when needed. Collaboration is key—you’ll work with colleagues across the business to resolve issues such as property condition, anti-social behaviour, and repairs, all while ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. This is a rewarding opportunity to reduce rent debt, strengthen communities, and make renting simple and stress-free for our tenants.
